Your Pack Shipment
Orders are generally dispatched within 2 business days after receipt of payment. All packages are securely packed to ensure the safety of fragile and sacred items.
Shipments are dispatched through trusted courier partners and include tracking information. Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared with you via email or SMS for your convenience.
Shipping fees include packing, handling, and courier charges. Handling fees are fixed, while courier fees vary according to the total weight and delivery location. We recommend placing a single consolidated order, as we are unable to combine two separate orders once placed; shipping charges apply individually to each order.
While we guarantee safe and protective packing, the parcel will be dispatched at the buyer’s own risk once handed over to the courier service.
Return Policy
We strive for complete customer satisfaction; however, returns are not applicable to certain sacred and ritual products.
Products Not Eligible for Return
No returns will be accepted for the following items:

- Yanthrams
- Brass Deity Items
Returns Under Special Conditions
A return request may be considered only if all of the conditions below are met:
- The reason for return is genuine and reviewable, and not due to change of mind or change of concern.
- A continuous, unedited unpacking video is provided — starting from the sealed parcel until the item is clearly visible.
Without an unpacking video, return claims cannot be processed under any circumstance.
Courier handling issues are beyond our control; our responsibility is limited to fit and safe packaging before dispatch.
